About US

That's the typical response we got from friends and family.  One look at the determination on our face quickly brought them on board (ha ha ha) with our plan to sail around the world.  While a full circumnavigation is possible in our very distant future, for now we are sailing the western hemisphere with our family of 4 - Dan, Kacey, Hudson (7), and Otto (5).  Add on an ever rotating crew of 1-4 and it's sure to be an exciting adventure!  

After years of working in sales, we are so excited to finally follow our dream to be full time live aboard sailors.  Coronavirus  shutdowns compelled us to take a good look at life, our relationship with our kids, and what truly made us happy.  Living on the water has called to us for years, and we are willingly answering the siren's call.

And while all this was happening, a really magical thing started to happen. Close friends  started to ask us when they could visit, and friends we hadn’t spoken to in years reached out and told us how inspired they were to make a change in their own life. So this video series is for them, and for any of you out there who are considering a life change. As a visitor here we hope we can give those of you still under shutdown something exciting to watch, and to inspire those of you thinking about sailing to just do it!  just go!
